Claudine Vainrub Kupchik is a creative, motivating and ethical Certified Professional Résumé Writer (CPRW) who has been providing career consulting services for over 10 years. She is recognized for her ability to inspire and empower others into achieving career and academic goals. She earned an MBA degree from the renowned University of Michigan Ross School of Business in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Vainrub also holds a B.A. in Communications and Journalism from Universidad Católica Andres Bello in Caracas, Venezuela. She speaks four languages, and has advanced composition skills in English and Spanish.

Vainrub comes from the corporate world, where she attained senior management positions, such as Executive Vice President for Grupo Frigilux, an international manufacturing corporation with over 1,500 employees. Her career includes 15+ years of leading experience in Human Resources, Marketing Management, Research, Analysis and Strategic Planning, for companies such as General Motors Corp., Shiseido and Digital Equipment Corp. Ms. Vainrub is regarded as a team facilitator and motivator, orchestrating a group to help it achieve its goal, while inspiring others to participate and be successful team members.

As an innovator and entrepreneur, she founded EduPlan, LLC, a business dedicated to career and educational consulting since 2004. Her ability to take a project and execute it has enabled her company’s quick growth in revenues and service offerings.

For nine years, Vainrub has been an interviewer for the Ross School of Business MBA admissions department, where she remains an active member. Ms. Vainrub just received the 360? Reach Certification Program, and is currently completing the Personal Branding Strategist through Reach Communications Consulting, and the Personnel Consultant through the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS).

Due to her excellent public speaking skills in English and Spanish, Ms. Vainrub has been invited to conduct career consulting seminars and speaking engagements, motivating others with her enthusiasm and desire to succeed.
