Eleanor Farmer is the owner of Be Ready Résumés, an affiliate of B & E Printing & Office Services. She started her business six years ago with her husband, Bill.

Eleanor takes pride in being a caring professional who understands the needs of job seekers in transition. She is a certified career coach, a graduate of Career Coach Academy, and an Authorized DISC Administrator. She is also a member of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO), the Cherry Hill Regional Chamber of Commerce, and NetworkZing, a professional networking organization.

Eleanor has a degree in Organizational Management and a background in technical writing and human resources. With 15 years experience in writing résumés, she has developed a keen awareness of clients’ needs, and the ability to speak in the client’s voice.

Eleanor lives in Philadelphia with husband, Bill and is the mother of 4 grown children and has 4 grandchildren. She is grateful for this opportunity to be of service to NRWA and her colleagues.
