After reviewing more than 2,000 résumés over the last 12 years, Kathy Harber became interested in what made a good one. She received the résumés from job applicants to the company where she worked and from applicants to leadership and mentoring programs she managed. Finding fewer than 2% in the “effective” category, she decided to help.

After a nearly 30-year corporate career, which included improving the résumés of many employees, she founded Career Keys to Open Doors: Dynamic Résumés-Powerful Interviews.

Kathy is a member of the National Résumé Writers Association and holds a Masters of Journalism degree from Ohio State. She is also a Radio-TV graduate of Arizona State University.
