Deborah S. Eibner, MA, CCBC, JCTC, JCDC, is president of Symmetry Coaching and Consulting and has earned her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and Training. Deborah is also a Certified Corporate Business Coach, Certified Job and Career Transition Coach and Certified Job and Career Development Coach. As a coach and trainer, she brings more than 20 years of real-world organizational leadership experience in finance and human resources to the people she works with.

Deborah’s work experience has been varied; as Senior Trainer and Career Development Specialist at Dartmouth College, she developed and delivered a comprehensive ten-module leadership development and coaching program, established career-development services, and created and delivered more than 30 workshops on communications, personal leadership, and various supervisory skills for the campus. She is also a 360 Feedback Coach for the Tuck Executive Education Program at Dartmouth College.

Deborah has experience working for a non-profit health care organization and establishing accounting and human resource systems for a start-up, fast-growing high-tech manufacturing company. Additional experience includes Business Manager and General Manager for regional multi-office businesses. She led the growth of a start-up business from one location to one of the region’s leading staffing services by driving business development, establishing operational standards and implementing quality customer service and recruiting programs.
